CONDITIONS
- Please contact the GCV office to arrange a date/time for your flight. The office will also ask for additional details including passenger age and weight -Like all aircraft, gliders are limited in the weight they can fly with. Pilots need to be over 8 years old, between 55 and 100kg, but we may be able to accommodate slightly higher or lower weights depending on circumstances.
- Flight duration is dependent on weather conditions; flights may need to be rescheduled under adverse weather conditions.
- Minimum flight time is usually 20 minutes with up to 45 minutes depending on soaring conditions but these times are not guaranteed.
- Aerobatics may be available on the day for an extra $35 subject to additional conditions.
- We ask you to wear shoes (not sandals/thongs), shorts or long trousers/leggings and bring along a hat.
