- Aeropark Club Constitution and By-laws
The full details of the Aeropark Constitution and By Laws can be found via the link above.
- One van and one vehicle per van site only. Trailers are to be stored elsewhere.
- Keep the exterior of your van and the area around and under your van as tidy as possible.
- You must pay the yearly facilities fee promptly when it falls due in order to use the Aeropark or keep a van on a site.
- Half of your facilities fee goes to cover the electricity costs alone. Anything you can do to minimize power use will make a difference. If you don’t expect to be back for an extended period please turn off your fridge. Heaters and air conditioners should only be used when you are in your hut or van. They heat up or cool down quickly. Leaving these appliances on when you are not actually present is unfair to other members.
- We keep the fees low by doing much of the maintenance ourselves at working bees. Try to get to at least one working bee each year.
- Contact the Committee if you are wanting to sell your van or hut. We have a waiting list of prospective buyers and we offer them first refusal.
- Irrespective of ownership, if you are not a current GCV and GFA member you cannot use the Aeropark. You can’t live in the Aeropark as your sole or principal place of residence. These are conditions set by Benalla Council under the terms of our lease.
