CLUBHOUSE MEAL NIGHTS (in season)
From 1st November 2025, Kaylene will once again be providing meals in the Club House every Saturday night.
Like last year you will be able to book on the Glide App as soon as you know your going to join us which will help Kaylene know how many to cater for. Kaylene will also take bookings at the 09:00 Saturday morning briefing.
So this season on Saturdays go gliding or just hang out at the Club and have a meal cooked for you in the evening (provided you have booked on the App or at that morning’s briefing). Dinner will be served at 19:00. A fully stocked bar (thanx Gerry) opens at 17:30.
Saturday night meals - consisting of a main and a dessert - will cost $25 and this will be charged to your flying account.
Kaylene will need one assistant every Saturday evening to tick people off the list from briefing, give out meals, help with the clean up, etc etc - so a volunteer roster will be available in the Club House for you to please sign up.
So join us each Saturday for a meal in the Club House and tell us your about your flight over cold drinks and tasty food. Alternatively just join us at the Clubhouse and enjoy the Saturday night frivolities - all welcome flying members, social members, family and friends.
There are also 4 special events (AGM, Christmas Celebration @ the Club with Trivia Quiz, Xmas Day Lunch and NY Eve) NOTE: Whilst every attempt is made to keep food free from allergens, food is prepared in a kitchen containing these and so may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, egg, sesame, lupin, shellfish and other allergens.
